She has traveled the world, worked the art circuit on the East Coast, taught school, and been a flight attendant and in-flight supervisor — but it’s all about real estate for Connie Irwin. Her dedication to her clients shines through before, during, and after the sale as she orchestrates a team of professional designers, painters, landscapers, inspectors, and contractors to prepare a home for sale. She builds a similar team on the buyer side, leaving no detail behind. Her deep knowledge of Marin County is a powerful tool and resource for her clients.
Connie has her clients’ best interests at heart — and she has the heart of a teacher. Her goal for buyers is to negotiate the best deal while making sure they get the house of their dreams; for sellers, she aims to negotiate the transaction in such a way that ensures her clients get top dollar. But regardless of her clients’ real estate goals, Connie always strives to deliver impeccable service.
Through Connie’s top-notch marketing, global network, and skillful presentation, homes are always brilliantly presented and highly visible. Her expansive network sometimes leads to off-market transactions, while her savvy negotiation and extraordinary service benefit her clients in the most important investment many of them will ever make.
Connie raised three sons in Marin and volunteered for six different schools in Marin County, as well as the Marin Suicide Prevention Center, grief counseling, the Parks and Recreation Department, and other community services. Her oldest son, Fletcher Irwin, is a broker associate and has been her experienced partner in real estate for nearly 20 years. Her family delivers meals to the Mill Street Center. Connie and Fletcher are financial boosters of Friends of the San Anselmo Library and support Marin Workforce Housing, which helps obtain loans and grants for school teachers. They also donate to Homeward Bound, World Vision International, and needy children and families locally and worldwide.
